Publishing makes your profile visible to other users on Helios. Verifying submits it for review by the Helios team to confirm your business's legitimacy, which adds a verification badge and increases trust with other members.
Can I have more than one branch?+
Yes. Click Add One More Location in the Branches section to add as many branches as needed, each with its own address and contact details.
Who can see my Business Profile?+
Any user logged into Helios can view published profiles in the Business Listings directory. Unpublished profiles are only visible to you.
Does my equipment list pull from the Equipments feature?+
Yes. Equipment added to your Equipments registry automatically populates in the Manufacturing Capabilities section of your Business Profile but internal notes, activities, etc. are only visible to your team.

Troubleshooting

My profile is not appearing in Business Listings.+
Ensure your profile is published. The top of your Business Profile page should show an Unpublish Profile button if it is live. If it shows Publish, click it to make your profile visible.
I cannot edit certain fields on my profile.+
Some fields require clicking the Edit or pencil icon next to that section before they become editable.
I see a message that says 'This business profile is unclaimed.'+
This means the profile was auto-generated from directory data and has not been verified. Click Claim This Business and follow the verification steps to take ownership.
