What happens if there is a dispute with a company?

Helios encourages Experts and companies to first resolve concerns through clear communication and documentation. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, users may follow the Helios support or dispute process where available.

Useful documentation may include messages, agreed scope, files, screenshots, deliverables, revision history, and payment records.

What information does Helios collect?
