Overview

Creating a Helios account is your first step to accessing the platform. The signup process takes a few minutes and includes choosing your account type, verifying your email, and completing your Getting Started checklist.

How to Create Your Account

1. Visit helios.supplies and click Try Helios for Free.
2. Choose how you wish to join: As a Freelancing Expert or As a Helios Customer.
3. Enter your name, email address, and create a secure password.
4. Click Create Account.
5. Complete your Getting Started checklist to set up your profile, connect Stripe, and explore key features.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have both a Business and an Expert account?

A: No. Helios’s Identity Policy permits one account per individual or organization. If your situation requires both business and expert functionality, contact support@helios.supplies to discuss your options.

Can I change my account type after signing up?

A: Contact support@helios.supplies to request an account type change. Note that some profile data and settings may not transfer between account types.
