Helios Illegal Content Policy

At Helios, we are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and trustworthy environment for all users. Posting, uploading, or sharing illegal content is strictly prohibited on the Helios platform.

Illegal content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Material that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
  • Content involving violence, terrorism, hate speech, child exploitation, or human trafficking.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights, promotes fraud, or facilitates criminal activity.
  • Distribution of malware, hacking tools, or unauthorized access methods.

Helios reserves the right to remove or restrict any content deemed illegal or in violation of this policy and may suspend or terminate the accounts involved. Where required by law, Helios may report such activity to law enforcement authorities.

Users are encouraged to report suspected illegal content to Helios Support. Each report will be reviewed promptly, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws.

Helios enforces this policy globally in line with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all relevant legal frameworks.
