These listings are known as unclaimed profiles. Claiming a Business Profile allows an authorized representative to take ownership of that listing and connect it to their Business Profile. During the claim process, you'll review existing listing information and choose what data should be carried forward. Once your claim is approved, you'll become the administrator of the Business Profile and gain access to business management features across Helios.
