How do payments and payouts work?

Experts may get paid through Helios-supported payment flows, depending on the type of service, payment setup, and available platform functionality. Payment timing may depend on completion status, client approval, payment processing, and any applicable review or dispute period.

Any applicable platform, transaction, service, or processing fees should be disclosed before payment or payout.

Who owns the work created through Helios?

When sharing examples, remove confidential details and make sure the content does not violate any client agreement, employer policy, or intellectual property rights.

What happens if there is a dispute with a company?

Start by communicating with the company and documenting the issue clearly. If the matter is not resolved, use the Helios support or dispute process where available.

Helpful evidence may include messages, agreed scope, files, screenshots, submitted deliverables, revision history, payment records, and any other relevant documentation.
